Wipe your feet with a damp cloth or with a Baby Wipes
I bought this scale two months ago. I really recommend it. Following the instructions, everything worked as it should. Just keep in mind, to get the most accurate and consistent reading, wipe your feet with a damp cloth or with Baby Wipes, leaving them slightly damp/wet before stepping on the scale and maintaining maximum contact between your feet and the metal sensors. Even my feet look normal, not really dry, weighting AFTER my bath gave me more accurate and consistent body fat and hydration percentages!!

OK, but disappointing
I was disappointed after using the scale. It has a lot of nifty features available, such as creating a profile that tracks your age, sex, height and starting weight, body fat percentage, so initially I was super stoked when I got it. After 20 minutes of creating my "profile", (even with the instructions it was a little tricky), I finally stepped on the scale. Well, it only displayed my weight. I dragged it all around the house, but it would not display my body fat or hydration percentage. Oh yeah, the "save" feature didn't work either. I just manually track my weight. I'm giving it 3 stars because it does the important thing I need: weigh me. Purchase at your own risk.

Good Luck Getting Consistent Results...
My wife and I are disappointed at this product on a daily basis.
If we measure our weight (one after the other), this scale simply CANNOT give an accurate reading.
**Here's an example**
My 1st reading: 198.6. I step off, my wife steps on 10 seconds later.
Her 1st reading: 128.2 She steps off, I step on 10 seconds later.
My 2nd reading: 200.2. Huh? I step off...
Her 2nd reading: 130.4. (Now my wife is PISSED!)
Lol...this scale is absolutely terrible.
Even when I way myself 3-4 times in a row, I get readings that vary by 1 pound or more.
It simply cannot handle multiple people's weight.
And forget about Body fat analysis. One second I'm 35% body fat, the next I'm 30%.
I'm talking seconds, here. Not different hours of the day.
Stay far away. We're ready to buy an analog scale along with the Omron Handheld body fat analyzer.
At least I can calibrate the analog scales with some weights I have lying around. :)

Great Scale
This scale delivers what it promises.
I will say that setup is not as easy as it could be. However, if you read the instructions CLOSELY, you'll be fine. I had a false start, thought the scale didn't work, but then re-read the instructions, and followed each step closely, and everything was fine.
Very accurate, measures to within ounces of what the gym scale measures. And it is consistent. Step off, step on, it'll read the same every time.
I really like the goal setting, I've set a modest goal for weight loss, and it is amazing how motivating that can be. It tells me the difference between yesterday and today, and tells me how many pounds I've lost so far, and how far I have to go to get to my goal.
The body fat estimation seems to be consistent, but will vary slightly with how dry your feet are. I wiped the bottom of my feet with a moist paper towel, and then it is very consistent. That feature depends on having an excellent conduction between you and the scale. By the way, the body fat analysis matches fairly close to a calculated one using body measurements.
Easily the best buy I could find, at .00, and free shipping. It replaced an analog scale that was a piece of junk. Stay away from those.

Nice scale except......
I really like the scale....shipped to me in a reasonable amount of time but the body fat % doesnt work for me but it works for my friend who is 130 lbs...i am 330 lbs and even though it says it holds up to 375 the body fat index doesnt work for me...which is ok i can look it up online....woulda been a 5 if that function worked.
